Refund policy

Update: Most of the items on our website are NOT new from the manufacturer. They are second-hand and are pre-owned so it is important to know that in terms of the statutory rights of returning items and claiming refunds. We will fulfill all of our obligations in regards to offering a refund or exchanging goods but it is important that buyers look at photos carefully and read the descriptions of the items.
