Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 5 working days of purchase. We cannot guarantee the condition of goods upon delivery however we make every effort to wrap the items to protect them in transit. If you have any problems please notify us and we will follow it up with Australia Post or our courier services. Please make sure you enter your address correctly and have an adequate place for items to be left.

Due to our geographic location access to local couriers is limited to 1 day a week. We use Australia Post for shipping. Adverse weather or delays in the local barge or ferry service could delay shipments. Our shipping days are typically Monday - Wednesday - Saturday. We will provide information to any impacts to orders.

We do travel for business and will advise extra shipping times in these periods.
